Back in 2022, I was honored to be counted among the poets who was featured on signs in DC as part of the Golden Haiku Poetry Contest!

I am so happy to have one of my haiku featured at the Japanese Garden at Monte Sano State Park in Huntsville!

from its cocoon
to the spider’s web
life of a moth
looking for a sign
your little cement handprint
catches autumn leaves

sunflowers turning
the foster child switches
to first names
